Mary,

When I was first popularizing this method I did a number of
demonstrations for local and national media. I rarely do them, anymore,
although between the housing crisis and the Hollywood Writer's Guild
strike, I have received an increasing number of requests.

I saw Terry's reply, and I agree with him. You are the best person in
the world to sell your own home. You should do it in your own style.
I'm not sure if bringing in outsiders to chronicle the process helps or
hurts.

There is a huge amount of expertise floating around willing to help you,
both for free on this Forum, and for a fee.

If you believe the market price for homes in Cleveland is going down
from where it is now, all you have to do is properly run a 5-Day Sale to
sell it for the most you can get right now. If you think it will go up,
but you have been unable to sell it for almost 2 years for a price you
are willing to take, you should hold onto it until the current market
valuation hits the point where you are prepared to sell.

At that point you can use either the 5-Day Method or the traditional method.

In any case, keep watching this Forum for guidance. It is clear that
the market in Cleveland is still down. It is not clear whether it will
stabilize or start to improve any time soon. When the market starts to
improve, 5-Day Sellers start to exceed their current market valuations.
