Hi and welcome to the Forum.
Bill says that you should only conduct the sale if you fully intend on  
selling it to the high bidder.  The potential buyers will sense that you  are not 
serious if you dont have this intention and mention a minimum.   Keep in mind 
that the process is not legally binding for either party so you can  decide to 
not accept the high bid, BUT if you dont go into the process with the  right 
mindset, you will likely undermine your own process and hard work.
Go for it!  Get your high price!
