I dont speak for Bill, but I've been on the Forum for a while and he  advises 
against having a mortgage broker at your house.  He thinks the  focus should 
be on finding the 2 or 3 serious bidders and conducting the  round-robin 
Sunday evening.  He believes the broker is a deterrent.   Hopefully, Bill will 
answer this more fully later today.
About sales in the first half of November, they usually go well.   Perhaps 
people want to have a new home for the holiday season.
