BILL,
I have started my 5 day sale....I usually have property description sheets on a box connected to my FSBO sign.  Should I get rid of them or is it good for people to see the current price i had on the house prior to this?????

Also, should i have signs out front to promote this high bidder sale to increase the calls by friday night????

thanks for the help and also thank your wife for me i know your getting in big trouble for working while on vacation, sorry.
