Only 5 calls so far and we're getting nervous.  I reposted the ad on Craigs list this morning with a nice picture of our 1615 sqft renovated brick ranch.

Last fall  third party state licensed appraiser valued at $280,000.  My partner in this flip deal thinks $134,500 starting price is too high and wants to leaflet the college town of Chapel Hill at $99,500.  

How can we get the word out better?

Suggestions are welcome.
