The sale didn't go well. I have a business partner who INSISTED we continue  
with the sale even tho we only had 17 responses by Friday night. There were 7  
people who showed up. I'm thinking a few things: 1) not enough signs in the  
neighorhood- the ones we put up were taken down w/in hours; 2) starting price  
was too high.
 
I was working with a realtor before I learned of this method. He was  willing 
to work with me on it, providing someone to be at the property for a few  
hours and attend to the after-sale paperwork. He's still willing to work with  
me. I'm going to try to sell it his way during May, and try another 5-Day the  
first weekend in June.
