I agree with you Bill about the market in Phoenix.  I think in any market where they have over built and prices begin to plummet that the resale market suffers until inventory is reduced and buyers get their confidence back.  Most buyers can walk down the street and buy a similar new home for a lot less than we are asking.  With a huge inventory that builders are still trying to get rid of they are giving away just about any incentive you can think of and also lowering prices daily.  I think  will rent for a while until the market springs back.  Thanks for your help.
