Hi Bill,
I believe the realtors have an automatic notification system for properties that have expired listing agreements. Most of these sharks intimated that I had a realtor that didn't know what he was doing and they could do a much better job of marketing the house. One realtor even said that if the house was priced right in the first place it would sell right away. . . . .less their commission of course. Most of the realtors I spoke with were fascinated by your system, but skeptical.

Actually, all the other realtors count, too.
The point of a 5-Day ad is to make sure everybody who ought to know your home is for sale, does know. That includes circling brokers.
It doesn't matter whether they bring buyers or not.
As far as I am concerned, you've got the 25 you need to ensure the 3 real ones will be in the crowd.
Where are the brokers coming from?

As you know, our sale is running this weekend too.
