Hi Sarah,

Can you give us an update on your responses?  If I read your email correctly you had 12 by noon today.  Just 13 more and you are ready to sell!  Sorry to hear that your newspaper ad was mis-categorized.

As you know, our sale is running this weekend too.  So far we have had 21 direct contacts:  1 from Zillow, 6 from the Strib Open House Directory, 9 from Craigslist and 4 from the Strib real estate classified.  We have brochures on a post in front of the house and 25 have been taken.  It looks like we'll have the 25 contacts by tonight.  Since our home is coming off the MLS we have had many, many calls from realtors wanting to re-list the house.  I have counted as contacts only realtors that said they will be coming to the inspection either representing clients (we don't pay commissions) or as private investors.

This weekend my son and daughter-in-law, my wife and our realtor will be on hand to greet visitors and answer questions.
