Chappie,

Friday is heavier, but if you don't get 12 more you don't have to go 
back to For Sale By Owner.  You can postpone until after the two 4th of 
July weekends, advertise again, and add the new responses to the old to 
get over 25.

Keep us posted, and people will let you know how to do this.
