You can sell anything using the 5-Day Method.  But the market is 
terrible, and it's even worse for fractional interests.

Try it, see what happens.

There are people who specialize in reselling these kinds of properties.  
Talk to them first.  Find out how much they will offer.  The markdown is 
staggering.
