I am preparing to sell my first property using the 5
day method. I'm very excited about the possibilities!

I am selling a  2Bed/2Bath condo unit in a very
desirable neighborhood in Maryland. I'm curious to
know if the 2 bedroom (versus 3+ bedrooms) will have
an affect on the response when I begin my ad campaign.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated from anyone who
might have insight or experience selling a 2 bedroom
dwelling.
