Hello Bill

 

Question:   I realize this is a hypothetical question but if the 5 day sale
were pitted against an outcry auction (where an auctioneer does his bidding
call), which method would you believe can get the highest retail price for a
home?

 

Question 2:  based on your vast experience using the 5 day sale, does the 5
day sale obtain the highest price less a realtor commission?   In other
words, if houses are selling in a given area for say $200,000 and you plan
to sell your property via the 5 day sale method, should you as the seller be
able to obtain a price of $190,000 ( which would be the amount less a 5%
realtor commission)?
