5 lookers so far.
Anyone know what to do if I only get 1 serious bidder with no one bidding
against them?

40 calls as of 10 this A.M. but it is now 10:30 & no one has shown up.
I am going to put some balloons on my front lawn.
If this keeps up next I go for some Hula dancers!!

David,

In the Buyers Section and probably back in Bidding section (I don't have the

book with me. I left it at a seller's house), Bill talks about "preemptive
bidding". Your serious buyers will up the ante into serious territory very
quickly. They want to cut out the piddlers more than you do.
