And that's fine.  It's the same in my city.  Craig's list just has the Metro
Phoenix list, but I'm searching for a home in the smaller suburb called
Scottsdale.  So I put in "scottsdale" in the search field to weed out the
zillion other listings for Phoenix, and then my max price range of $300000
in the price field to weed out that many more.  The same would work for a
prospective buyer for your area, but only if you utilized the proper fields.

Thanks Julie, I see I see, All the calls so far(6) have been from the paper.

The problem with craigslist is it does not have Beaufort listed (S
Carolina/....), just hilton head. They are close (30min), I dont do allot of
web browsing and I try to look at how most people would search (by links). I
have learned allot so far on how other sellers have been doing it. Thanks
for the input.
