Steve,

 

Why word it as "will be sold to the highest bidder?"  Is it simply that this
wording has much more powerful appeal to draw those who view the ad into
calling and becoming a legitimate call?  Do compromises of that same phrase
including "best reasonable offer" or other compromises make the reader of
the ad just uncertain enough that there is a smaller chance they'll take the
time to make the call?

 

Also do you have any response to Q1 ?
