[5-DayForum] Q1 Are 5-day ads be targeted by House Flippers?

After studying this and reading the book and forums I have some questions.
I'll send the next in another e-mail.
Q1. This book clearly recommends readers to work the system exactly as it
is written. It repeated over and over in the book. So let's say for every
5 books sold, an ad is placed. Depending on how many books are sold and
assuming everyone writes their ad just like the book recommends and sets the
price using the "half of the most you believe the house can bring" method
then doesn't this create a regular supply of homes for which someone who
knows how can determine the most a seller thinks a house can bring. So it
makes me feel a little exposed to know that a lot of house flippers or
others might be able to find my high price and know that I have placed
advertising stating I will sell on Sunday. This may sound a little
conspiratorial, but as readers, how do we know we aren't setting ourselves
up for those who watch for ads in this specific format because they signal
specific information to informed readers. Any responses?
