Brian,

Something went wrong with the advertising.  The "by the book" answer is, 
pull the plug. Show us your Craigslist posting and your newspaper lay out to 
analyze   Quiz those investor buyers and find out where they advertise when 
they "flip".  Have you missed some publication where a lot of realtor ads 
go.

It is a bitter pill.

Day 3: (5:25pm est) Day three is better, 3 calls, more investors & a 
teacher.
I have called everyone to let them know that it will be next weekend due to
rain. Only one dropped out, she didn't even remember calling me..As I said 
in
the last update I will probably get most of my calls Sat & Sun. If by Sun I
don't have 25 I may just call all the investors do one showing and tell them
to make an offer.
