Read the section of the book about "Minimum Undisclosed Reserve" It
protects you. Also, when people call off your ads, tell them that there is
the reserve right up front.

Subject: [5-DayForum] selling our house...
We are looking to sell our house, and have investigated your method. We
live in Southern Indiana, and have some concerns about the 5-day process.
Let me tell you about our house.
1. It is in a new development
2. It was built in 2005
3. There are new houses in the neighborhood that are selling for 130,000 and
up
4. We bought our house two years ago for 124,500
So, my question is, would the 5-day method be good for us to try? We really
need to get at least 125,000 for our house. Do you think we could get that
using this method?
Also, if we do not get it, is it OK to refuse the highest bidder? It seems
that it would be dishonest to advertise that we will take the highest bid if
we truly can't do that if the bid isn't high enough.
Thanks for your time.
