Attached is a brochure or information sheet in pdf format from a sale I recently attended. (not mine) I scanned it and put it in PDF format. Perhaps that will be helpful.

This is one example of how to put the information sheet together. I'm not saying it's the only way or the best way.

      Hi all,
Looks like I am going to jump in and do a sale this coming weekend or the next. I have reviewed the book and see where Bill says to have the information sheets on the house ready to hand out. I could not find any samples or how many or what to say on these sheets. I know one will be the bidding rules. I guess one would be facts on the house. what else do we need? Does anyone have any samples they could send to save me the time to put it together?
I have another question it appears that the best print advertising will be in the Sunday real estate sections of two papers. Anyone put the ad in Sunday for the following Sunday sale and then also do the wed. thru Sunday ads?
