[5-DayForum] Holding sale next weekend

Dear Group:
I am holding a sale this coming weekend, 8/11-8/12.  I am getting mixed
signals on the marketing side.  Please provide your opinions about the
following:

1)  I have created a website specific to the home being sold.  Do you think
I should put the address of the property on the website, or just have a way
for prospects to e-mail me to ask for the address and directions?  If I put
the address in the ad, how can I track that ad media if no one e-mails, but
just shows up at the house, or drives by in advance of the sale?

2)  Same thing:  I am planning on distributing Neon flyers to the windows of
nearby businesses promoting the sale.  I would plan on having the property
photo, starting bid price, and property details on the flyer.  Again, in
order to track the responses from this ad, should I put the address of the
property or just the e-mail and phone number for more info?

3)  If you use signage, when do you place your signs leading to the
property?  Early on the day of the events, or from Wednesday thru Sunday, or
not at all?

4)  Which classified websites has anyone found most effective?  I am already
planning to use Craigslist and our local newspaper's websites, and am
checking into one called Kijiji.com and Backpage.com.  Any recommendations?

5)  Also, does anyone know if there is a way to utilize You Tube or My Space
for promoting the sale?
