Hi Brent!

Go for the folks in town!  You have nothing to lose, and even if folks are
stopping by for a look-see...who's to say they won't talk it up to friends
that really are interested in buying?  Bottomline:  don't shut anyone out!
As Bill and the group have said repeatedly, widen the pool cuz all the
lookers will just drop out anyway.  Nothing to lose!!!!
