Hi,

So it sounds like it is recommended we list our home
for $99,500.

I think the value of the home is between 230-260k based
on comparables that have sold recently in town.

It sounds like the line a lot of people use in the phone
when asked about the low price is "We think it is worth
twice that, but we'll take the best offer sunday night."

Do you suggest I tell people that, or say something like
"We think the house is worth 230-260k, but we'll take
the best offer we get sunday night."

I'm worried that if we list at $99,500 and say "twice
that" it will set a ceiling buyers won't want to
go above.
