Wow... thanks for sharing that story.  Its amazing how listening to friends and sometimes family... well intentioned folks... rather than experts can get us into trouble.

As an investor, I've seen many attorneys and real estate agents talk people out of taking seemingly "ridiculous" offers from investors.  

Of course I like to ask the attorney/agent are they willing to buy the property at the price they think their client "should" get for their home?  And of course the answer is always "no".  Often times, these folks go into foreclosure... so much for "that" advice.

It would have been great if those friends who talked you out of your offers would have bought your home at $720k.

Anyway thanks for sharing such a personal story and reminding us to stay focused on the proven system as we approach our 5-day sales.
