[5-DayForum] How to "count" the 25 inquiries

sorry Jim,

I've been running behind.

You are there.

Plan to run your inspection over the weekend.

See my reply earlier today. The same applies to you. 94% of the people
who respond will not truly have an interest in your home at this time at
the current market price. Don't worry about that. Within the 6% who do
have an interest will be the one willing to pay more than anyone else
will pay for your home at this time.

How long ago did you buy your home?

People are not getting what they hope for their homes no matter what
they do at this time.

My mortgage company went bankrupt this morning. They were not writing
"subprime" mortgages. They were primarily writing mortgages for
excellent credit risks in areas of the country where homes were selling
for more than the asking price. As recently as a few months ago they
saw no problem coming. People on this forum could see it. We still can
see it.
