[5-DayForum] other 5-day sales in MA

The other 5-day sales I witnessed or talked to in
MA did not work out.

>From talking with the sellers I learned that they
most likely didn't get a price they wanted because:

* Ran sale 4th july weekend.
* Weasle words in ad
* When response rates where low by thurs afternoon, they posted
  a bunch of flyers in town.  They got their 25 by friday, but...
* They did not present an inspection report direct from the inspector,
they re-typed it and condensed it to one page of text in their words.

Another person:
* Weekend after 4th july
* Listed price at 2/3, not 1/2.

So, those are some of the things I'm trying to avoid.  Does
it make sense?
