My reasoning on the price was based on Zillow.Com.  It shows an
approxiamet value of $237,000.  We have put in about $15k of
upgrades.  New roof, new electrical, significant landscaping,
bathroom remodel.

Thats all my reasoning has been based on to this point, so
I would appreciate your or anyone else's advice.

I would also note that it is a Colonial from 1860.
