[5-DayForum] Real Information

Brent,
I can think of no reason why you should not post all of the actual
information in your ad on this Forum.
A while back we had a home seller who was selling a home in California
after having already moved to Utah. No one realized that she had placed
her Utah area code in the California ad. This severely depressed the
number of responses she received by Friday night. She also lost the
ability to call off the sale, and had to travel from Utah to California
notwithstanding the fact that she had not received 25 responses by
Friday night. She successfully sold her home in five days, anyhow --
but it is not a method I would recommend.
By listing all of the real information here, there is a chance that
additional eyes will spot things that you may miss. Typos.
Inconsistencies. Errors.
I certainly have no objection to people posting their real information.
I can think of no way in which it harms someone who plans to shortly
publicize the same information in local media.
