Hi Monica,

Remember, sales is a numbers game.  The fact they bowed out like they did
indicates to me
the "real" interest or lack thereof.   Someone that's really interested will
go the extra mile
to check it out and go through the bidding process.

That couple had other things on their mind.  As they say in
sales........NEXT.

Try to keep your mind level emotionally when dealing with prospective
buyers.  The true ones
will give you the long lasting positive signals.
