I certainly can't speak for Bill, but my opinion is...

The best tip really is to read the book.  Reading the book will give you much more insight to what you read on this forum.

One of the good things about the system is that you don't have anything to lose by trying it.

At the local bookstore, its only about $16.  Or you could order online for less (maybe online you'll have to pay for shipping so it balances out?).  Either way, its money well spent... a lot cheaper than Realtor commissions :-)
