Our house has been listed by owner for 220 days,  (MLS, local media, etc...). 
 We've had open house every weekend since and  have had a handful of 
interested prospects, none of which made a formal  offer.  I really feel if we had a 
"closer" our chances would have been much  better.  Without having read your 
book yet, what tips could you offer to  get this house sold.  Asking 599K.  High 
end "get away" community on  Lake Michigan 70 mi from Chicago, (Michiana 
Shores, MI.)  6 blocks from the  beach, new const., built by a designer, top level 
fixtures, floors, carpeting,  finished walkout basement,  2 master bedrooms, 
3 other large bedrooms,  4.5 bath.  Please offer advice.
