Just updating what is going on with our post-poned sale in Colorado...We 
advertised in the 2 big newspapers for our area, thrifty nickel, milesaver, 
a local small paper and craigslist.

We've hit the mark to hold the open house this week-end within hours but 
also advertised as $99,500. Many responses are coming from craigslist which 
had one picture on the ad.

It seems people are looking at the picture and then just calling, in most 
cases instead of emailing. We've had calls from investment people, out of 
state people who may fly down for the sale? or have just relocated here and 
are renting, people wanting to retire and someone in these calls is the 
buyer!
