If there's an undisclosed reserve, all of the prospective buyers would have known that at the outset of the 5-Day Sale. I would have stated that fact in my advertising just as is done on eBay, for instance. It's my personal view that omitting that disclosure up front is deceptive advertising in an ad that states "Home will be Sold Sunday Night to HIGHEST BIDDER".
