How are 9 phone calls just 25% of the way to 25? You're not going to count those broker calls? Wouldn't you sell to a broker if they offered you the highest bid? We sure would have. Moreover, if those brokers are finding your advertisements, so are other potential buyers, out of which will emerge serious buyers. I'd be counting every contact. Withhold your judgment about the responses unless you're borderline on number of calls Friday night. See what the numbers tell you then. We were counting every response irrespective of the source.
