[5-DayForum] OK, We're On -- Day 1 in Lynnwood!

Well, it's now almost 6:30 pm here, and we have received 9 calls  
about our sale this weekend.  Seven folks saw it in the Seattle  
newspapers, and two on Craigslist.  One was an investor for sure, and  
two identified themselves as brokers.  So, it seems as though 6 of  
our calls were from individuals looking for a home.  Everyone was  
very nice; they asked good questions and seemed interested.  Several  
asked if the house was in need of repair -- I'm sure because of the  
price.  Dick and I hoped for more calls today, but we're 25% of the  
way to our 25 bidders.  Got lots of cleaning and ;yardwork done  
today, so we're definitely on track with our preparations.  Will keep  
you posted.
