It is not uncommon for those who bid on a home that's being sold using the five-day method to then decide to sell their own home in this fashion.

That's because many buyers generally are also in the process of selling their home.? And many of those who are selling are very frustarted by the traditional process.? So when they experience the five-day method, and actually see that a home can be sold this way, they become converts.
