Thanks, Bill; the market in the Seattle area has stayed pretty stable
despite national trends. We have noticed homes in our area staying
on the market longer, however, and of course, we don't know what the
final selling prices are. Still, we're hopeful.
Hope you can stop making those mortgage payments, Bill!
