[5-DayForum] OK, We're On -- Day 1 in Lynnwood!

Bill, I can't remember what I've emailed and what I haven't -- other  
that my LP Inner-Seal siding question..  We have a 3 bedroom, 1.75  
bath rambler, 1250 sq ft on a 8,277 wooded lot.  We've done lots of  
landscaping, and the house has one deck in front and two in back.   
One feature of our home that's a plus is a 2-car attached garage.   
Most ramblers in the area have 1-car garages or carports.  Homes like  
ours have been going for 355, 000 - 389,000, depending on updating,  
etc.  Our dream price would be $375,000. but we're hoping for the  
$355,00-$365 region.  Of course, we'll will do the math on offers  
lower than our 'wished for' price.

Our ad says $174,500, so we hope that's our magic number.
