[5-DayForum] Bidders Dropping Out

Bill:

During the round-robin, you ask the bidder if they want to advance the bid.

If they say "No", does that mean that they are automatically eliminated?

Or do you continue calling them each round, until they specifically say "I'm dropping out of the bidding"?
