[5-DayForum] Why do people make it so hard?

Every week it seems, 1 or more people send a message saying "stop all the emails"... as if they didn't know digest mode existed... as if they were being held "hostage" by the forum...

When I subscribed to the list, I went to 5-Day.com.

Every time I post a message, I go to 5-Day.com (cause that's the only way I know how to send a message).

And it's easy to see the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the page on 5-Day.com.

As Internet "A-D-D" as I am, if I can notice it, it can't be that difficult...
