Homes for Sale

Count every different caller or emailer -- doesn't matter if they won't
attend, doesn't matter if they can't afford more than 99,500.

Local ads are usually best -- where the 3 real buyers are sure to look.

If Craigs' list works near you, you can use it exclusively, although I
always also place an ad in the best print medium for local sales --
whatever that is. Where would you look if you were looking for a home
for sale.

If you pick up just 1 real buyer in the print media it will pay for up
to a $1000 ad.
