[5-DayForum] QUICK input on my ads

Hi Bill,
should I place the ads under "Open House" or "Homes
for Sale" or on both places? at the time of placing
ads, the newspaper do not know the number of ads will
end up with.
25 Calls: do I only count the caller who definitely
express the plan to attend the open house?
how about those who are not sure, maybe?
any success in advertising at forsalebyowner.com?
