The 5-Day Method is old, but this Forum is new.  Many many people used the 5-Day Method around Cleveland--I did publicity there 7 years ago--people have contacted me ever since.

But those people sold their homes before I created this forum, so they are not here to tell you.

I hope that after people sell their homes in 5 days they will stay on this list long enough to tell newer Forum members of their experiences.  Also, we will start archiving them.

There is really no geographic, home value, or market status issues with the 5-Day Method.  Used properly it allows you to skim the cream off any market in 5 Days.  Anyone can do it, there is no risk, on average you'll make 5% more than you would make using the traditional home selling method--no matter where you live.  And, yes, it's been tried there.
